Workshop Booking & Cancellation
 

Whether it be booking through Ticket Tailor or hiring me for an event we want to make sure you understand my policies.  

My classes are booked through Ticket Tailor as it does the admin for me.  I tried booking using spreadsheets and quickly realised it was worth paying for the service.  It also gives you the peace of mind that you are definitely booked through an email, and that you are booked onto the correct date.  please remember that a percentage of every booking goes to the site so I will have to charge admin fee when cancelling or changing courses.
 

If hiring me for and event or party a contract will be sent after booking to ensure you understand my policies.

Cancellation policy
 

Full payment is required prior when booking a workshop on Ticket Tailor. If you find yourself unable to attend your booking and it's more than 14 days in advance, I can offer a full refund minus 8% admin fee. If cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund. You are welcome to send someone else in your place, just let us know the change of name. 

A full refund will be given if your workshop is cancelled by Maggie for any reason, or you can elect to attend an alternative workshop instead, space permitting. Where I cancel a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation will be given. Please note that I cannot always provide notice if I am ill as I am self-employed and do not have replacements available.  I will NOT be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur, If you need to arrange travel or overnight accommodation, I recommend that you seek appropriate insurance.
